Alarm on iphone 11

Everytime I try to add an alarm on iphone 11 through the clock app by pressing the "+" sign, the app crashes. the same problem when I try to edit an alarm. I can still set an alarm through siri. I tried resetting and restarting my iphone. What would the problem be?

Having trouble with alarms. Does not seem to work. Is something different. There used to be a little alarm clock icon when alarm was set Alarm not working on IPhone XR.

Check your iPhone storage or battery health.

the battery and the storage are ok. when I change the time zone abd set the clock manually, it works! but that not a solution
