Boot loop, help please.

Hello, for some reason when I turned off/on my iphone x I was caught in a boot loop where the logo keeps flashing every couple seconds and I don't know why. This is very frustrating. I have updated my mac (v.11.2), and reset as well. I've tried to connect my iphone x to my mac via lighting c cord, and when asked to restore or update I am met with this error over, and over and over again.

"The iPhone “iPhone” could not be restored. An unknown error occurred (35). 064E.0023"

Please help :(
