i forgot the passcode

i forgot the passcode, while the face recognition is active, but the iphone was off and i cant remember the passcode

You will need to reset your passcode. You will need a computer to complete this task. You can reset your passcode by following the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ How to reset your passcode on a disabled iPhone. You will need a computer for this task and all your data on your iPhone will be wiped clean in the process.

i cant remember my iCloud , the only thing i have active is face recognition, and my line is on the iPhone as esim,

can you call me and check what we can do, its very important not to loss my data .

Hi

we are not apple here, just users like you. No-one from this forum can call you.

In any case it would make no difference. The only way to reset the passcode results in the phones data being wiped. If you have a recent backup, you can restore the phone from this. If you have no backup, then without the passcode, the data is lost.
