Apple in-store training would normally be available at an Apple store near you. The courses are free. However, due to Covid 19 restrictions many Apple stores are closed or temporarily not offering the classes. You can click on the the Apple Today link below to see what is offered.

I checked the above website and there weren't any classes available near me.
Apple has launched Apple Today in Home, that offers some limited digital classes. You can check the internet for those. There are also other tutorials available on the internet and on You Tube.
Meanwhile, you might find helpful the online help menu that has step by step instructions for almost all the iMovie functions.
