Run recorded with Nike Run Club missing in Workouts

I have the same issue. It started on February 2 when I updated the Nike Run Club app on my iPhone. I reached out to Nike support on Twitter to see if they knew of the issue and it sounds like they're aware and are planning on an update to address it next week.

My Nike run yesterday did not sync in apple. But I restarted my phone and my watch today. I ran again today and that run was recorded. I am still missing yesterday’s.

I do not know if there was an update between but it is something to try.

Nike updated to 7.2.1. I just finished a run and it is working again!! Yahoo!

7.2.1 , updated today, saturday in germany, worked .

It synced my run today, but not my missing 2 runs from this week before.

Hi jdo_apple,

I have been having the same issues and have done all the trouble shooting steps possible. If I start the run in the NRC app on my watch it will get recorded in the NRC app but not in my Activities app. The exercise minutes and calories will be added to the Activities app but it won't show that I did a run.

How can I fix this issue?

I am having the exact same issue. I have done a run with NRC on my Apple Watch, it has synced to NRC on my iPhone, but hasn’t logged as an activity in Apple Fitness (which it used to).

Here in September you can see how it logged it;

The apps have all the right permissions.

it’s really annoying.

Which version ? 7.2.0 still does not to work,

this was updated Feb/1 , seems to be latest in Germany's AppStore.

Well I guess that’s encouraging. I am having the exact same issue. I am missing all my runs this week as workouts. So frustrating!

Seems to be an apple/nrc issue.

Tried disabling and back ,

also restarted device.

Great. I was searching for two days, reinstalled the app multiple times. Now I see I am not the only one....jjeeejj

7.2 is the newest version and I just finished a run. Still doesn’t work.

I've updated it this morning, nothing changed. It still doesn't work for me.
