FaceTime allow (Null) to access.

I used to have a plan that didn’t include FaceTime in celular data many years ago, that was when I had the iPhone 6s. The problem is when I switched to my iPhone XR I still couldn’t use my FaceTime without wifi and this time my plan did include it, still I lived with the problem and only used FaceTime when I had wifi. Now I have a new phone the Iphone 12 pro max and I still can’t use it and this time around I want to fix it because it is pretty inconvenient and now I know that it probably has something to do with the backup or the system that I have been dragging. I would appreciate any help that comes my way.

Hi Ale_srr,

It sounds like you are wanting to use FaceTime over cellular. We can help with this.

To start, we'd recommend going to Settings > Cellular or Mobile Data, then check to make sure FaceTime is currently enabled. This resource will explain how to adjust your cellular data settings: Check the cellular data usage on your iPhone and iPad

You can find out more information about using FaceTime here: Use FaceTime with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If you are unable to enable cellular for FaceTime, we'd recommend contacting your wireless carrier directly to check on your account.

We hope this helps.

Take care!
