I need to dispute a charge on my card

i've tried to request a refund, but because the purchase is not on my purchases list, i can't get anywhere with that route. i keep trying to contact apple support through the link in section 5, but that just takes me to the get a refund page, which as i said is no help. i call the phone number, but i can't talk to a person. This is a charge for $130!! There should be a way to verify what, exactly, the charge is for!!! I've had to dispute this through my bank, and now they are issuing a new debit card which will be a huge pain in the *** just because i can't get any help from apple. If this is a forum, and not an apple employee, i apologize. If this is an apple employee, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD HELP ME.

I marked that it was from itunes because I had to pick something but i'm not sure where it has come from. is there a way to check what the charge was for? it was charged to the card that is connected to my account & says "APPLE.COM/BILL"

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. If not, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
