Apple Watch Cellular vs. GPS I am currently looking to purchase the series 7 apple watch. This is going to be my first ever apple watch. I am just stuck on which one to get, I want the GPS one as I don't have the money to pay extra monthly for cellular. BUT I was wondering.. I always have my phone with me so would I still be able to make calls or send messages through the watch when my phone is with me? Like what are the differences between the 2 watches when my phone is always with me? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Watch Ultra shows No Sim \ No connection \ Not in use After the update to watchOS 9.0.1 my Ultra watch shows the following info under Mobile Service: Plan - No Sim Status - No Connection And in the Watch App it shows my Vodafone plan under the label NOT IN USE. I mention that the watch worked just fine before the update, I tried the following but nothing works: Restart watch Restart Phone Removed provider plan Add new plan (the provider confirmed the second plan is active) Restart both devices a couple of times. If anyone has any ideas or knows how to fix this issue please help! Thanks!
