Guest user is suddenly visible even though not enabled

Since yesterday's update to Big Sur 11.2, a guest account has suddenly appeared on my login screen. I've checked Users & Groups and confirmed that Guest User is turned off. I also disabled Find My Mac on iCloud. The Guest User is still there and I'm not sure why this is happening as I've never once enabled Guest User.

How do I get rid of it?

iMac 27″, macOS 11.2

I had the same issue and was able to disable in System Preferences, but noticed odd checkbox behavior while doing so (after unchecking "allow guests to log in to this computer", the "limit adult website" checkbox became enabled, as if there were some kind of corruption resulting from the update.
