Make Automator Workflow Run on Startup

I've created an Automator workflow that plays a sound when I run it. I added it to my "login items," but I've noticed that it only runs if my mac has restarted. If I put my mac to sleep, turn it on, and enter my password, the login item doesn't run. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

iMac stopped requiring a password after startup iMac (27 inch 2013 macOS Catalina) has stopped requiring a password after startup or restart. It starts up and can be used without a password. However, if awaken from sleep it requires the password. I would like my password protection back after startup. Any ideas?

Programs not launching on login Under users and groups, the settings of many programs to start automatically on login no longer do so. for example Rainlander Calendar and Typenator both fail. As a work around I use the Automator to start the programs and run the script in the Auto-login launch section instead, This has failed to work on the last two updates from Apple. Does anyone know why this would be happening? MacOS Monterey Version 12.3.1 iMac (Renal 5k 27", 2020) Intel

I don't know if there are any hooks to run something on unlocking.
