Does more wattage charge faster??

So I have an iPhone 11 Pro that uses an 18 watt charger. If I were to buy say a 30 watt charger, with my phone charge faster?

Going over 18 watts won't charge any faster.

"Fast-charge capable: Up to 50% charge in around 30 minutes with 18W adapter or higher"

Theoretically yes but the difference would be minimal. 18W is enough to fast charge an iPhone.
