I recently got a new phone and am doing a trade in for credit. I need to factory reset my iPhone, but when I click “Erase All Content and Settings” I get the message “Documents and Data are Being Uploaded to iCloud.” I would like to keep all my iCloud data, so I clicked finish uploading and erase. It uploads to 67% and then stops and I’ve tried this multiple times. Any help?

We understand you're unable to finish uploading Documents & Data to iCloud. We're happy to help.
If the upload keeps getting stuck, we'd recommend trying the sync off and back on to see if that refreshes the connection. Just navigate to Settings > your name at the top > iCloud > iCloud Drive, and turn that off. Wait a few seconds, turn it back on, then see if the upload is able to finish or still gets stuck at the same place.
We'd also recommend checking your iCloud Storage to confirm you have enough available space to store everything you want in the Files app.
