Word count for Notes?
A word count feature in Notes would be super helpful. Any chance this is something that could be added?

Lots of features could be added to notes but where then do you stop adding? The idea behind Notes is 'quick and simple'. If you need anything more than jottings for a shopping list or a text capture you should be using something like Pages.
