Unable to update my Apple Watch

I am trying to update my apple

watch and my phone is telling me it is “unable to check for update because you are not connected to the internet” when my phone is connected to the internet please help.

I had the same issue. Try following these:


  1. Try to restart your Apple Watch and your iPhone

How to restart your iPhone

How to restart your Apple Watch

  1. Turn on and off Bluetooth on your iPhone

Turn on and off Bluetooth

  1. Make sure your iPhone is connected to WiFi

Check if iPhone is connected to WiFi

  1. Try to repair your watch to your iPhone

Reconnect Apple Watch to iPhone
