Apple watch Series 3 is Stuck logo

I am using Apple watch series 3 42MM

last night my watch battery was low but I forget to charge it and it was switched off and in the morning I kept on charge for more than 4 hours but is not booting up, it was stuck Apple logo and when I tried force re-start Red Exclamation mark( tired a couple of times but no use ), so I took to Apple service centre after testing the watch they are saying its a motherboard issue or some kind of physical damage,

I mean how can it's physical damage in the night it was working and in the morning it got some motherboard issues so its mean APPLE PRODUCT ARE WASTE OF MONEY and now I am feeling that I have wasted my money on this product, it's better to Samsung Fitbit

any out there can help to solve this,
