Apple Care

I only wanted one month of Apple care until I got a phone case and screen protector for my new 12 pro max phone. I did not setup the subscription in my phone or enter payment information. I've logged into my Apple account numerous times to try and cancel it and have not had success. Does anyone have any advice on how to cancel it?
