FaceId

Hello, my FaceID is not working. I’ve tried to set it up again and it’s says ‘faceID is not available’ i’ve restarted my phone, force restarted my phone and also done the latest software update. any help please?

iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 14

Have you had the screen replaced by a non-Apple repair shop?

Does the selfie camera work?

Restart the phone

Turn off Screen Time completely

no the screen has never been replaced. the selfie camera works perfectly fine. when i try to re-set the faceid up it just doesn’t read my face for some reason
