Upgrade iCloud storage in Europe

European legislation requires user identification via Internet Bank (IB). Therefore after choosing a storage plan, you need to enter IB codes. When bank verification is complete, don't close the browser! Repeat the upgrade procedure again (from the very beginning: Manage -> Change storage plan -> Choose upgrade -> Next ->, etc.). It works only if making an upgrade twice.
