LinkedIN Subscription billed through iTunes

I am trying to purchase a monthly subscription to LinkedIn Sales Navigator. When I go to the LinkedIn site to do it, I get a message telling me need to contact Apple to adjust my subscription. How and where on the Apple site do i do that?
