Hand lotion getting on iPhone screen damage?

Hey, my title pretty much explains it all. So I apply hand lotion everyday and I use my iPhone a lot right after I apply it. I’m wondering if the oil/lotion getting on the iPhone will damage the screen damage pixels, oleophobic coating etc? I mean will it do any harm to the iPhone not only the screen but any harm all around? Thank you!
