Apple ID is blocked
I do not know the reason why my Apple ID is blocked and how can I unblock it again. Please help me to solve the problem. Thank you.

If you only see this in an email, a text message, or somebody called you to report this, it is phishing. Do not respond. Forward emails to: reportphishing@apple.com

Also note "What to do after [or before] you change your Apple ID [email address] or password". You clicked on the link and contact Support? I do not know how long it takes for them to respond. Probably not instantaneously.
I assume you were seeing that message? "Unblocked" is not a term Apple uses so I had to guess from that what you meant. That's why I said it helps to know what exactly you are seeing and the exact wording of any messages.
I can not update or install apps. How can I unblock my Apple ID?
I tried but in the end it has not been unblocked. What else to do ?
