A few issues... FB Messenger Themes and Voicemail Transcripts

Hello, everyone. I am pretty sure I have some setting preventing two options from working correctly, but I wanted to reach out here and hopefully obtain some help.

First issue: I am using an iphone 12 max pro and ios 14.4. I cannot for the life of me see the themes on FB messenger. I never have been able to, and it's frustrating to know it's not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have checked for ios updates and such, and I cannot get them working.

Second issue: I cannot get Voicemail transcripts, and I am not sure why. I have done the factory reset, I have reset network settings... all things that verizon suggested, and it's not working. I am sure there are some other options I have yet to explore, but I'm at the point where I'm tired of looking, and hope someone can help me with both of these issues. I just want my phone to do what it's supposed to do.
