If your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open, you can repair your MacBook Pro there.

Thanks.

I've spoken with an Apple representative over the phone regarding MacBook repair and she said I can bring it in after making an online appointment.

But it doesn't look like the Genius bar in our local store is open to take any appointments.
