Being discoverable on Imac by Airdrop?

This is the screen I'm getting for Airdrop. I've checked all the settings and can't identify why I'm not 'Discoverable'. Any suggestions welcome.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.12

AirDrop Hello.. I am trying to use AirDrop on my iMac. The computer is a Mid 2011 with High Sierra 10.13.6. When I try to use AirDrop there is not an option to make my iMac discoverable.. Also in Preferences/Extensions/Share Menu the AirDrop and Mail are greyed and not selectable.. Is there a solution to this?? Thanks, Don
