Problem for Online UPI payment for Apple Protection Plan

I make payment for Apple protection plan through UPI by scanning QR code send by apple on 16th jan 2021. About ie debited from my account on that day but apple said they have not credited. i contact apple, they suggest to approach my bank, i complaint to my bank, bank officials check it and confirm the the amount is credited to 'Apple india Private Limited'. and they give proof it. the i contact apple again and give them details bank given, they check it and give replay the are not credited. What is the Problem here?. I strongly believe the problem is Apple's Payment system, Any one can help me.
