How can I translate an email to English? why there is no availability of a translator extension such as outlook?

Copy the contents of the letter, then paste it into Google Translate or Bing Translate.
Then copy the translation and bring it back to the letter. Paste it after the original to maintain both versions (recommended), or select the original content, then paste to replace the original with the translation (not recommended)
