serial number no longer provided on apple website?

I need my serial number so I can request a trade in kit. My mac is at home, I am at work. I went to the page where I can supposedly get the serial number and it does not provide serial numbers. Please provide instructions for how to get my serial number. Also why do I have 2 of the same device on my account when I only have one of them?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.13

You can delete a device

>System Preferences>AppleID> in the sidebar , list of your devices>click it open

You should see your SN in your devices if you are signed in with your same AppleID.
