Powerbeats pro trouble connecting

Powerbeats pro worked great, then started to have issues with only one connecting. Per advice elsewhere on this forum, I tried unpairing and re-pairing. That, or resetting the powerbeats in their case and re-pairing, resolved the issue. Though a bit annoying, that resolved my connection issue, until this week--now the powerbeats pro won't pair with my phone nor my computer, any suggestions for how to get them to pair with my device?
