An orange icon comes up when I am talking in the phone.
And I am not using what’s up, speaker or testing

If you are talking on the phone you are using the phone’s microphone (if you weren’t using the microphone the person on the other end of the call wouldn’t hear you). The orange icon means that the microphone is on, it doesn’t mean anything is being recorded.
