This was a bug in Catalina and seems not to have been fixed

in Bug Sur.

BTW, I get that very same error on both my late 2013 27" iMac with Catalina and

most recent updates and on my M1 MacBook Air with Big Sur 11.2.

Where are you seeing Apple > About > Support? Do you mean About this Mac?

Specs are under Resources for me.

If you delete the "&viewlocale=en_US" part from the URL, it loads correctly.
