How do I down load the app store app again?

The App Store app cannot be deleted from your phone so, it's still there somewhere. Start by checking to see if there are any restrictions set in Settings>Screen Time. If there are not, it's just gotten moved somewhere. Look on all of your home screens and in all of your folders. Search for it using Spotlight.
