was there a catalina update today or this month?
there was some kind of catalina update to version 15.7. on my iMac.
I did the update but did not catch its number or what it was updating. any one know?

Any macOS Catalina updates now after Big Sur are security updates to Catalina, unless you were running an older version like 10.15.6, then it will update to 10.15.7.
