Issue with Notification Center in Big Sur

I recently plugged my iPhone into my MacBook Pro, for charging since I didn't have my charging brick available. Apparently there was an issue with the cable, which resulted in my computer registering it as my iPhone being connected to it easily over 250 times. No biggie thus far. But! There was an iOS update available, which shows as a notification. So now I have over 250 notifications in my Notification Center. The issue is that I can only remove each notification one by one, the option of "clear all" doesn't seem to be available to this type of notification. Any solutions? Not in the mood for +250 clicks.

Thanks in advance!

Hello there EnesMusa,

Thank you for reaching out. We'd like to see how we can help with your notifications question. We can understand not wanting to go through all 250 notifications. Let's see if we can help!

If you click on the clock in the Apple Menu Bar, you should see your notifications and an option at the bottom of your notifications to see "all notifications". Once you select that, you should see all your remaining notifications along with an options button with three dots. If you click on that, you should see the option to " Clear All Notifications".

We hope this helps.

Cheers.

Hi Joseph_S!

Tried this as well, but that option doesn't apply to the "iPhone software update"-notifications. Tried connecting my iPhone to my MacBook again using another lightning cable , to see if I could update it but the connectivity issue is still there. Maybe I have an issue with my usb-ports. Any other ideas or should I clear my schedule and start clicking?

Thanks for suggestion!
