Apple Music in chrome browser thinks I need to buy Apple Music but I already have it?

Hey! I have an apple one account, but when I try to access apple music through a browser on my work PC (not allowed to install iTunes), it just tells me I need to buy an apple music subscription. I already have said subscription. I'm signing in with the same apple ID I use on my phone (where it works), but for whatever reason, the browser just prompts me to start my free trial over and over again. Kinda frustrating as its out of beta?

Thanks!

Hello kody117,

It appears that you’re unable to listen to your Apple Music subscription on the web. You’re using Google Chrome, but when you sign in you’re asked to subscribe instead of seeing the music you’ve added to the Apple Music library. We're glad to glad to provide assistance.

Listen to Apple Music on the web and in apps - Apple Support -- See if you're able to log into replay.apple.com to review your previous year's listening history. If you’re able, sign out of replay and try music.apple.com again.

See or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support -- Make sure that your Apple One subscription is active.

How to Update Chrome to the Latest Version - Google Chrome -- Also make sure that Google Chrome is up to date.

Install and manage extensions - Chrome Web Store Help -- If you have any extensions installed in Chrome, disable each of them. See if you're able to access your Apple Music subscription. If you're able, start enabling each extension one by one and test the issue after each.

Let us know how that goes.

Cheers!
