I just brought a iphone 12, however my alarm sound loud only for 1 sec and then very low, what is the reason and how to fix it up?

If you have attention aware features turned on, the sound will decrease as soon as the phone recognizes that you have heard the alarm. Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Attention Aware Features. Also see: About Attention Aware features on your iPhone X or iPad Pro - Apple Support
