Longer explanation: Of course, the obvious step is to "forget device", but THE device that causes problem is not listed in "My Devices". It is not possible neither to add it neither to delete it (forget it). That's why I need to reset all Bluetooth settings.

Moreover: THE device appears in the list for a very short time, less than 1 second and then disappears. And I don't want to do hard reset of my iPhone.
