Apple Watch series 1 unable to pair with iPhone

I can just see wallpaper and blue lock sign and a message saying device locked Unlock iPhone to start using appple watch. But I have unpaired Apple Watch from iPhone and it’s not connected and I can’t even pair. please help. It’s a series 1 Apple Watch
