i just got this macbook a couple of days ago and for some reason it heats up super quickly and all ive installed is google and windows on bootcamp

Overheating After installing the new macOS on my MacBook Pro, it continuously heats up while doing nothing, which never happened before this OS Big Sur. From just opening the browser, I can fry an egg onto it. I have saved all my files on the cloud and reinstall the OS without any software as I thought there might be a software issue due to the new system, and it still burns like hell.

macbook pro overheating i have a 15 inch macbook pro latest version of mojave (mid 2018 version) 2.2 GHz Core i7 16 GB DDR4 Radeon Pro 555X I just watch one 720p youtube video with no other windows or apps open, just the video and it heats up to the temperature of when I'm playing a graphically intensive game. I have restarted my laptop as well as resetting the NVRAM multiple times but it does not work, taking it to the apple store takes too long and I need this laptop for school work. Any tips? My SSD is quite full with an almost full boot camp partition, is that the problem?

Keep your Mac notebook within acceptable operating temperatures
