If disabled, you need to go here

If you've forgotten the passcode on your phone

The process will wipe your phone. You can restore it if you have a backup.

Press and hold the Side button and one of the volume buttons until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider to turn off your iPhone. Then connect your iPhone to your computer while holding the Side button. Keep holding the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.

  1. On your computer, start iTunes and connect your iPhone using a USB cable.
  2. Start your iPhone's recover mode. ...
  3. On your computer, click "Restore." ...
  4. After this process completes, your iPhone will be reset to its factory conditions.

Assuming you have done regular backups to iCloud for your phone after item 4 you go through the out of box settings so you should be able to restore a backup from iCloud as part of setup
