Which informations are provided to apps while using apple pay?

No Shopping Address, no Email address and no Phone number selected (image 1). If i click on "phone" there is my number but there is no tick mark (image 2). If there is a number selected there is a tick mark like this (image 3).

When using Apple Pay they won't get my address, my email address and phone number, right?
