I logged in and found that my profile name has been changed from M&MsDad to M&MsDad
I get an error when I click on my subscriptions and it directs me to the Apple Support Community page. I can't change the name in the profile section either. How do I fix this? Thanks.
That happened because the forum software cannot seem to tolerate the ampersand (the "and" symbol) in a user name. It "decodes" it to the character string you see now. It also rendered it practically unsearchable.
I will ask our Hosts (mods) to contact you about changing to a username that does not do that. Best to avoid "Shift + numeric" characters.
