Unable to view adult content after iOS 14.4 update

Thanks for the update. Since this is happening only with cellular data, make sure to disable any VPN you may be using, and please try to reset the network settings on your iPhone. Do be aware this will also reset saved Wi-Fi networks and passwords, as well as any VPN settings you may have. To do this, go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

If the issue persists after resetting network settings, reach out to your carrier to ensure there's nothing on their end preventing the content from being displayed.

Have you had a chance to check Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Content Restrictions? If you have restrictions enabled, this will limit your access.
