Right AirPod is very quite hard to hear

My right airpod is very quite hard to hear my left one of perfectly fine but the right one isn’t working I reset my airpods a couple of times and same problem I also cleaned them how Apple said too and I’m having the same problem. I paired my airpods to another person in my households phone, and same problem so I know it’s not my phone.
