Find my device app was not on I’ve lost my iPhone XR please help me locate it

I lost my phone and had my location turned off. Is there a way I could find it?

If Find My Phone is off, there isn't a way to locate it.

Find My Phone - Lock and track your device using Lost Mode.

Find My Phone - If your device is lost or stolen.
