Hello Apple support,
i have installed dual sim on my iphone XR with esid.
in case of sending sms, i dont see option of changing sim card for any sms to be sent. It by default takes the previously sent service provider carrier for sending any new msg. I am unable to change the sim card carrier service provider. Pls help me how to change service provider for sending msgs at time of sending SMS. And option to select switch Sim while calling

You can change the SIM for texting but only during initiating and writing a NEW text. Once you fill in the recipient, then you will see the selected SIM (Line). Tap on it and you will be given options to select one of the two SIMs. Choose it and finish your text.

This is not acceptable from Apple. This is a simple feature added on every other mobile handset. Any time user should have option to select any of dual SIMs while calling or sending SMS.
