Hey kennajoyp,

We understand you're concerned about whether or not your iPhone is hacked or has a virus and are happy to help.

We can assure you that both are extremely unlikely to ever occur. If you see a pop up in Safari indicating you have a virus, this is simply a scare tactic and does not actually indicate you have one. Instead, simply close out of this tab or window and continue using your device normally.

The only way you could ever get a virus or for someone else to control your device is if you installed a device management profile which allows someone else to manage your device. The chances of this happening, since you'd have to try very hard to do so, are slim to none.

Take care!
