My grandma’s voicemail has been set up for years but now on her iPhone you can only access the voicemails by pressing the big button in the middle that says “call voicemail”. How do I get her voicemails to show on her phone without having to call and enter her password etc...?

First try restarting her phone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
If that doesn’t bring back Visual Voicemail call the cellular service provider and ask them to fix visual voicemail.

Some of the budget carriers don't offer it. However, it's still worth asking. Even if it's added, I don't think older messages will show up on the phone.
