How do you remove a phone voicemail from the blocked list? I'm not asking how to block/unblock a contact or caller! Just how to get the voicemail removed from the blocked list in voicemail/blocked messages.

You can not 'block' or 'unblock' "a voicemail"...
What, exactly are you seeing and what are you trying to do?
There is no "blocked list in voicemail".
Open "phone" app, click "voicemail" bottom right, click "Blocked messages" at bottom of list of messages. How do you unblock someone from that list?
Those are voicemails left by people in your blocked callers list. There is no separate blocked list for voicemails.
If you cannot unblock a voicemail from that list, does that mean the particular caller will no longer be able to leave voicemail?
Thanks for that. I don't have any messages from blocked callers, since I do not see that link the OP mentioned when I open voicemail.

Where are you seeing a list for blocked voicemail? I know there are blocked callers, or texting, but not a list for voicemail.
