Unable to uninstall app from my iPhone

Hello ! after updating 11 iPhone to 14.4, the delete button was gone. is not removed from the screen, Only to the application library. there is no delete button from the library, only the transfer. there is no delete button from the repository. please help how to uninstall applications (((((

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases and change the setting for Deleting Apps to Allow.
