Wacom and Big Sur

My Wacom Intuos Pro does not recognize the Wacom pen since Big Sur update. Been on phone with Wacom all day. Suggestions?

If you want to add the Wacom apps to Full disk Access open the System Preferences> Security & Privacy

preference pane.

Scroll down to Full Disk Access and select it, click on the + button this will open a new window to

your Applications folder. Scroll down to the Wacom folder, open it and select the Wacom apps

and press Open.

Did you download this driver for your Tablet and Pen.

Once downloaded double- click to install.

I think the Wacom drivers need to have full Disk Access in

System Preferences> Security & Privacy> Privacy> Full Disk Access,

click the plus button to add the Wacom drivers if asked.

Is it possible your pen is faulty, do you have another one you can borrow

to eliminate that question.

Do not install CleanMyMac this has the potential to cause your mac more harm than any benefits it may

pretend to offer. Often it will flag up files as threats which you may be tempted to delete, these files are often

much needed system files that if deleted will cause problems.

If you have it installed go to the developers website and get full instructions on how to uninstall thoroughly.

Macs do not need cleaning or optimisation apps or anti-virus apps, these run in the background using up

system resources giving false information and have the potential to harm your mac rather than protect it.
